Stress is caused by chaotic thoughts. In other words; the lack of control over our thought flow through our subconscious mind. Chaos obviously is the opposite of order and chaos exists where overview is absent. Stress can occur and will often occur in the lives of many people, yet it can be avoided when we chose to let calmness and tranquility replace the troubled thoughts we are met with when we experience stress.
The art of replacing stress with order and overview calls for a desired immediate step, this step is known as a “release and take back control” step. Release is accomplished by counting to 10 when one is over-trembled by troubling thoughts; keep up this attempt until you can make a clean count to ten without thinking about anything else than 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. If a thought comes between your count attempts, start all over again. Realize that this count is most important. When this effort is accomplished, your mind will become calmer.
